Kongou is from a popular video game and anime series, Kantai Collection (also known as KanColle). She was built in Barrow-in-Furness in the northwest of England, making her talk like a northern girl. She has long, brown hair bunched into two braided buns and an ahoge. She is hyperactive, very cheerful, loves to mix her Japanese sentences with random English words and is overly fond of her admiral.
