Rangiku Matsumoto is a recurring character in the Bleach anime series. She is the lieutenant of the 10th division of the Gotei 13 serving under Toshiro Hitsugaya. Rangiku’s Zanpakuto is Haineko, and when Rangiku releases the Shikai, the blade turns into a cloud of scattered ash, but really each particle is a tiny blade that Rangiku can control to slash at her enemies.
