Ch’en is an obtainable character from the popular mobile game Arknights. Ch’en is a graduate of the Royal Victorian Guard School, earning superb grades along with other outstanding achievements. She became the head of the Lungmen Guard Department’s Special Inspection Unit tracking down fugitives and international criminals. She now works for Rhodes Island providing on-site tactical command.
