Jeice is the second-in-command for the Ginyu Force found in the anime series, Dragon Ball Z. Jeice is considered a powerful being, given his status as the second-in-command of the Ginyu Force, and is often seen fighting alongside Burter. Due to his red skin, his attacks often have a red motif to them such as his Red Comet Attack and Red Magma.
