Toki is one of the four Hokuto brothers from the Fist of the North Star series. He was trained by Ryuken after he was witnessed fighting off a hunter who killed his pet dog Koko. Toki is a pacifist who uses the Hokuto Shinken martial art as a healing art through his own self-made technique he calls Hokuto Ujō Ken (Big Dipper Humane Fist). It’s said that his opponents experience an intense feeling of ecstasy before death.
