Elan Ceres is a recurring character in the anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury. Elan was originally selected to be the next CEO of the Peil Technologies company by a unique AI called the Peil Grade. Because of this, the company had sent Enhanced Person replicas of Elan to the Asticassia School of Technology to act as his body double in attending school and pilot dueling.
