Hoshizaki is a supporting character from the light novel series Sasaki and Peeps (Sasaki to Pi-chan). She is a high school student and a member of the Cabinet Office Paranormal Phenomena Countermeasures Bureau. After Sasaki is recruited into the bureau, despite being younger than him, she becomes his senior and boss. Hoshizaki possesses supernatural powers to manipulate water.
