Seta Sojiro is a recurring character from the anime series, Rurouni Kenshin. During his time in the Juppongatana, a special attack force of elite warriors under the command of Shishio Makoto, Seta was the fastest member within the group and is always seen by Shishio?s side. Seta can move at speeds that people could only perceive as a blur, only showing his footsteps crashing into the floor.
