Shotaro Hidari is a private investigator who works alongside Philip in the Narumi Detective Office of Futo City. He is considered the left hand side of Kamen Rider Double, but during Philip’s absence, Hidari was able to become Kanen Rider Joker by utilizing a Lostdriver.
